• Service Operations Analyst — Centric Software (June 2025 – Present)

At Centric Software, I serve as a Service Operations Analyst supporting global engineering teams across EMEA, NA, and APAC. I manage ticket triage and assignment, query reports to help cost optimization, and use Jira dashboards and service metrics to spot bottlenecks and streamline workflows.I have built Confluence pages to standardize operational procedures. This role has strengthened my ability to turn noise into signal, use data to drive decisions, and scale knowledge sharing across distributed teams.

• Cloud Intern - WestRock (May - Aug 2024)

  During my internship at WestRock I worked alongside a highly skilled and knowledgeable Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in AWS and cloud technologies. I learned how to architect and manage cloud environments, optimize infrastructure for cost and performance, and implement security best practices. Collaborating with experts in the field allowed me to develop technical proficiency in cloud automation, monitoring, and compliance while also strengthening my problem-solving and analytical skills.

  At Topgolf, I refined my soft skills, including customer service, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. • Cloud-Based EC2 Monitoring & Automated RemediationBuilt an AWS-based auto-remediation pipeline using CloudWatch, Lambda, and SNS to detect and respond to high CPU usage on an EC2 instance, complete with real-time alerts and a monitoring dashboard.
• QR Code Generator Web App (Dockerized Flask App)This project is a lightweight, containerized web application built with Python and Flask that allows users to generate QR codes from custom text or URLs. The app features a simple, responsive web interface and creates downloadable QR code images on the fly using the qrcode and Pillow libraries
• Daily Weather Email (AWS Lambda + Terraform): Built and deployed a fully serverless application that sends a daily weather report to my email using AWS Lambda, SES, EventBridge, and Terraform.
• Network Design Project: Designed a subnetted network with security policies.
• Recon & Vulnerability Scanner: Built a Linux-based security tool using Bash.

How This Website Was Built

This website is built using AWS cloud services:

• Amazon S3: Static website hosting
• Route 53: Custom domain management
• CloudFront: Global content delivery
• AWS Lambda, API Gateway & DynamoDB: Serverless visitor counter
• IAM (Identity and Access Management): Controls permissions for each service

This website is hosted on AWS using Amazon S3 for static site hosting, CloudFront for global content delivery and SSL security, and Route 53 for domain management. A serverless visitor counter is implemented using API Gateway, AWS Lambda (Python), and DynamoDB to track site visits. Security is enforced through IAM roles, bucket policies, and CORS settings. The resume download is served via CloudFront, ensuring fast and secure access. This architecture provides a scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performance web solution fully powered by AWS.
